The number one issue that we get contacted about tends to be issues relating to the Internet/Wifi not working or the TV not working.

As a general rule of thumb with ALL IT related issues is to try rebooting the devices.

IE. Turn off (unplugg) the Wifi unit and any power supply that powers external equipment.

Once that has been plugged back in and rebooted check to see that you now have internet. 

If the issue was the TV, now reboot the TV and test.
